You will agree that high-quality pellets such as ours are hard to find after giving us a try. Our wood pellets are of superior quality and will provide premium smoke flavor you are looking for, the ol' fashion way.
At Southern BBQ Supply Co, we understand the feeling of- “money gone down the drain” due to unsuspected purchase and usage of low-quality pellets and the challenges you face while grilling your cherished barbecue. With expertise in the bbq pellet industry, we have painstakingly done our homework to serve you better and offer you good leeways to grill your smoked foods like a pro with our high-end pellets.
Unlike other cheap pellets that have impure fillers and or are mixed with low-quality pellets such as alder wood which will absolutely change the flavor of your smoked food, our pellets are 100% organic without mixes, flavors or additives. We also don't use oil scent in our pellets which can make them smell good when the bag is opened; however this does little or nothing to help the flavor of the smoke and, ultimately the flavor of the food you are smoking will suffer.
Our pellets are packaged in resealable bags to retain absolute freshness and natural flavor while and after you open the bags. This is an innovative design inspired by our love and loyalty for bbq fans like you to enjoy your smoked foods with the perfect flavor every time.
Dont forget Southern bbq pellets are also a great way to cold smoke meats, cheeses, etc.!

Here is the breakdown on the flavors we offer:
Cherry- Slightly sweet fruity smoke that's great with poultry. This smoke is a mild, sweet and fruity smoke which gives a rosy tint to light-colored meats. Sometimes mixed with Hickory or Oak. Used with almost any meat.
Hickory - Most commonly used wood for smoking--the King of smoking woods. Sweet to strong, heavy bacon-ly flavor. Good with pork, ham and beef.
Maple- Smoky, more mellow and slightly sweet. Good with pork, poultry, cheese, and small game.
Oak- Is a dense wood that burns long and slow. Mid to strong smoke flavor commonly mixed with milder flavored wood, good with red meat pork and fish.
Here are a few great reasons to give our pellets the ol' college try:
♦To create the pellets, pure sawdust is heated and pressed through a die at high pressure, which causes the sawdust to release natural lignins in the wood that bind the sawdust together, in other words the pellets are 100% all natural hardwood with no additives like binders etc to hold itself together.
♦The process of making the pellets seals in moisture which means you never have to soak'em to get smoke, also the pellets can last twice as long as wood chips!
♦You don't need a pellet grill to use BBQ pellets, you can instead add pellets to the fire right before putting food on the grill or, wrap pellets in tin foil, poke a hole or 2 in the top put near the heat (or fire) and it will start smoking or, put in the Smokin' Wedgie and let the magic begin! The pellets can be used in just about any grill or smoker, ( always check and follow the manufacturers' recommendations though)
♦Creates a surprisingly small amount of ash.
♦Produces lots of great BBQ smoke.
♦Use what the pro's use
